StorSecure Kapolei Military Appreciation Celebration - May 19th, 2007
StorSecure in Kapolei held its free Military Appreciation Celebration on Saturday, May 19, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its state-of-the-art, 983-unit storage facility at 91-543 Farrington Highway behind Burger King in Kapolei. The special event honored our nation’s military service people and their families. The event featured fun, entertainment and games for the entire family, with a Sponge Bob inflated “bounce house” for keiki, a money machine that allows the participant to keep the dollar bills caught within a limited time frame, an opportunity to be videotaped to say “hi” to our troops overseas and give a message of encouragement to our nation’s service people and their families, guided tours of the StorSecure facility, a big screen monitor showing interviews with supporters of our troops overseas, patriotic American music, a live radio broadcast, and games and contests with fun prizes.
Attendees were be able to compete in such games as a limbo contest, hula hoop showdown, musical chairs, stick pony races and “Name That Tune.”
National award-winning announcer Charlie Garrett, “The Ghost Rider,” and Kathleen, The Rodeo Radio Girl, of 93.1 FM Radio/KQMQ, were there to emcee the event.
In addition, the celebration included a FUNdraiser for the nonprofit Seagull Schools Adult Day Center in Kapolei, which sold a luncheon and snack menu of all-American hot dogs, chili, popcorn, potato chips, cotton candy and iced cold beverages.

Both facilities were developed by Pacific Land & Investment, LLC, a real estate development company with offices in Honolulu and Phoenix.
"StorSecure is simply the best place I've ever used for self storage. The facility is new, immaculate and they've thought of everything. I am storing very sensitive equipment and I feel completely confident my expensive gear will be as good coming out of storage as it was going in."
Thank you StorSecure!

At first glace, all one can say is, "Wow!"
StorSecure Self-Storage Hawaii Kai is a truly stunning facility set in one of the world's most beautiful locations. Its excellence of design, challenges in gaining community approval, construction difficulties, superb marketing, and stellar performance since opening in August 2006 provide additional reasons why this exceptional facility is worthy to be named Mini-Storage Messenger's 2006 Facility of the Year Overall Winner.
